On March 15, the 2026 Appliance & Electronics World Expo (AWE2026) successfully concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. During the four-day event, Yipai Technology’s booth (W2-2A12) attracted continuous crowds of visitors. Representatives from domestic and international home appliance brands stopped by to engage in in-depth discussions on electrochemical deoxygenation technology, EP-HP technology, electrochemical dual-engine technology, and related products. The company reached preliminary cooperation intentions with numerous clients across key product categories including washing machines, refrigerators, water purifiers, air conditioners, robotic vacuum cleaners, and humidifiers.
The electrochemical deoxygenation experimental system exhibited by Epai Tech continuously consumes oxygen through the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) principle. During live demonstrations, the EP-OR electrochemical deoxygenation module successfully reduced oxygen concentration inside sealed containers, providing an entirely new technological pathway for refrigerator food preservation.
Meanwhile, the EP-HP module testing system, based on the two-electron oxygen reduction reaction (2e⁻-ORR), generates hydrogen peroxide in situ using only water and electricity as raw materials. The system vividly demonstrated the entire process of “turning water into disinfectant,” attracting strong interest from washing machine and water purifier manufacturers.
In addition, Epai Tech’s electrochemical dual-engine technology integrates anodic reactions on top of its HP technology platform, synergistically generating active species such as transition metal ions, ozone, or hypochlorous acid to achieve enhanced performance:
H₂O₂ + M⁺: Rapid sterilization combined with long-lasting antibacterial effects.
H₂O₂ + O₃: Generation of hydroxyl radicals for highly efficient sterilization and purification.
H₂O₂ + HClO: Generation of singlet oxygen for highly selective oxidation and sterilization.
