Epai Technology collaborates with top domestic and international R&D teams to intensify industry-university research collaboration, jointly committed to the development of key materials for electrocatalytic green electrochemical synthesis, promoting the development of the global green electrochemical synthesis industry, and assisting in achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.
As of December 2024, Epai Technology has a total of 37 R&D personnel, including 6 catalyst developers, 12 electrode developers, 6 stack developers, 8 system developers, and 5 application R&D team members. Among them, 15% hold doctoral degrees, and 80% have master's degrees or above. The research and development team's academic backgrounds involve multiple disciplines such as materials chemistry, mechanical design, electrical automation, thermal energy and power engineering, and environmental engineering.
Epai Technology has a research and analysis testing center of over 1200 square meters, which includes 12 laboratories including catalyst high and low temperature synthesis, slurry preparation and analysis testing, catalyst coating, reaction stack assembly and testing, electrocatalytic material acceleration analysis testing, electrochemical analysis, pollutant purification analysis and testing.
The experimental equipment has instruments and equipment worth millions of yuan, including 6 catalyst preparation equipment, 12 slurry preparation and analysis equipment, 4 catalyst coating/impregnation equipment, 1 catalyst transfer equipment, 2 electrode bonding equipment, 5 electrochemical analysis and detection equipment, and more than 30 various physical and chemical analysis and detection equipment. The enterprise has independently developed 2 sets of stack testing systems, 2 sets of accelerated life testing equipment, and 1 set of stack assembly equipment.
