Products Introduction
The 2e ORR titanium felt electrode is a two electron oxygen reduction electrode material independently developed by Epai Technology. The material uses titanium felt as a carrier and generates a mixed catalyst of amorphous carbon and TiC on the surface of titanium felt through physical vapor deposition process. Low concentration hydrogen peroxide solution can be produced in a diaphragm free electrolytic cell.

    Good gas transmission performance, high porosity, and uniform pore size distribution enable gas to rapidly and uniformly diffuse into the electrode reaction area, ensuring efficient electrode reaction;

    Excellent conductivity, coated with a precious metal intermediate layer on the surface of titanium felt, enables the electrode to have good electron transfer ability, thereby reducing electrode resistance and increasing current density;
  • 03
    Good chemical stability, able to maintain good catalytic activity and stability during electrochemical reactions, and less prone to dissolution and detachment;
  • 04
    Good two electron oxygen selectivity, poor hydrogen evolution performance, can be used in tap water, and is not prone to scale formation.
