Products Introduction
The HP-ALK-20 hydrogen peroxide generator is a product designed by Epai Technology specifically for bleaching process applications in small and medium-sized paper and textile factories. The product is equipped with four ALK type stacks and can produce 400L of hydrogen peroxide solution (concentration 3%) per hour.

    High safety: The concentration of hydrogen peroxide produced by the green electrochemical synthesis equipment is 2.5% -3.5%, which is lower than the concentration limit of 8% for easily explosive hazardous chemicals, and there is no risk of explosion;

    More convenient: No need to set up separate hazardous chemical storage warehouses, no need for manual mixing and dilution;
  • 03
    More efficient: The electrochemically synthesized hydrogen peroxide solution has higher purity, better stability, and thus better bleaching effect.
Product Test Report
According to SGS China inspection, the alkaline hydrogen peroxide produced by Epai Technology's electrochemical synthesis method has significantly lower impurities such as organic acids, non-volatile substances, phosphates, total carbon, and nitrates than the limit values in GB/T 1616-2014 Industrial Hydrogen Peroxide.
