Products Introduction
The 2e ORR membrane electrode is a composite electrode material independently developed by Epai Technology. The material uses proton exchange membrane as the carrier, modified carbon material independently developed by Epai Technology as the cathode catalyst, and iridium oxide as the anode catalyst. It is formed by ultrasonic spraying and slit extrusion coating process CCM, and then combined with frame bonding and gas diffusion layer hot pressing to form a seven in one membrane electrode. Low concentration and high-purity hydrogen peroxide solution can be produced through PEM type electrolytic cell design.
Product Features
  • 01
    Zero pole spacing design, adopting a seven in one structure design, with tightly connected components, which is conducive to improving current efficiency;
  • 02
    Low energy loss, the proton exchange membrane in the membrane electrode has good ion conductivity and electronic insulation, ensuring that electrons can only be transmitted through external circuits, reducing internal energy loss;
  • 03
    It can produce ultra-high purity hydrogen peroxide solution, and the reaction process does not require the addition of electrolytes, with no impurity ions in the product.
