The 2e ORR membrane electrode is a composite electrode material independently developed by Epai Technology. The material uses proton exchange membrane as the carrier, modified carbon material independently developed by Epai Technology as the cathode catalyst, and iridium oxide as the anode catalyst. It is formed by ultrasonic spraying and slit extrusion coating process CCM, and then combined with frame bonding and gas diffusion layer hot pressing to form a seven in one membrane electrode. Low concentration and high-purity hydrogen peroxide solution can be produced through PEM type electrolytic cell design.
