Products Introduction

The HP-SE-02 hydrogen peroxide generator is a product designed by Epai Technology specifically for water treatment, food processing, and the production of lithium iron phosphate battery precursors. The product is equipped with two SE type stacks and can produce 100L of hydrogen peroxide solution (concentration 3%) per hour.

Product Features

High safety: The hydrogen peroxide produced by the green electrochemical synthesis equipment has a concentration of 2.5% -3.5%, which is lower than the concentration limit of 8% for easily explosive hazardous chemicals, and there is no risk of explosion;

High purity: The hydrogen peroxide produced by the green electrochemical synthesis equipment is much higher in purity than the national standard "GB22216-2020 National Food Safety Standard for Food Additives - Hydrogen Peroxide";

More convenient: No need to set up separate hazardous chemical storage warehouses, no need for manual mixing and dilution.

Product Test Report

According to the PONY test, the neutral hydrogen peroxide produced by Epai Technology's electrochemical synthesis method is significantly lower than the limit values of non-volatile organic compounds, phosphates, tin, arsenic, lead and other impurity ions in the "GB22216-2020 National Food Safety Standard for Food Additives - Hydrogen Peroxide".
